Life Is Beautiful.

Mind is a flexible mirror, adjust it, to see a better world

Positivity- a frequently used, mostly without really following it in the real sense, is a state of mind. The famous example of how a person sees a half empty glass as a half filled glass still holds relevance. The way green tea, yoga and many other things helps keep toxins at bay, this one medicine called positivity helps in cleaning your soul, de-toxing your mind and heart.

There is a story that comes to my mind-

There was a person named Aryan, who had survived a disastrous earthquake. Since then, he was always scared to go out or do anything in his life. Though he did not want things to be like the way they were, but at the end he would be missing opportunities after opportunities in his life. Slowly and gradually, his health started detoriating and even after ceaseless efforts of his friends, family and well-wishers, he could not go back to his normal life.

This might come across to many readers as a negative script, but I personally believe that it’s all in the perspective. The message for me here is-

Things, experiences and sufferings are part and parcel of each life, no matter of what stature, from which background you belong. Hardships will come your way all through your life. But it is utterly important for you yourself, to pull yourself out of this situation, because no one is going to do it for you (though people can sometimes help). It is read and said easily, but in real life, applying these theories seem so difficult sometimes, almost impossible in certain situations. But that’s the way it is. Things in life will go wrong, it’s bound to go that way, no matter how cautious or good at heart you are. People are going to hurt you, no matter how sweet you genuinely are.  So why really care so much about these things when you do not have control over them.

You as an individual have to count your blessings yourselves. Feeling blessed with whatever you have is essential. For me, on a personal note, there have always been two ways of life:
1.        Finding Peace: No matter what happens, look at the brighter side. Even if a situation is as bad as loosing your closed one, just make peace with the fact and feel thankful that they were once with you and you have memories of them. Because there are a majority of people on this planet who even doesn’t have a person to be called their loved ones.
2.        Striving Success: For that, I would prefer negative approach of thinking about ones own wants and then the things they still don’t have. This way we know what we actually want and what are we going to work hard for?

The medicine to all diseases is positivity, believe it or not, if you are positive, things may not go the way you at the moment want them to be, but you will be happy with all that’s there. This journey is yours, the success is yours, the failures are your, accept it, embrace it and feel happy because its yours. People will come people will go, some will stay, the others will leave. That’s life and that’s completely normal. The true measure of success is how many times you can bounce back from failure and not the failures themselves.

No matter what your age is, its always a right time to dream, it’s always a right time to let go, it’s always the perfect time to start afresh. People cannot make you feel bad without your permission. So never give them that.

There are certainly going to instances where you would feel all is lost and nothing can go right now, that’s the time to sit and cry, cry hard over whatever your heart holds. Crying is not negative. It is a positive attitude towards life. After crying you feel fresh, relived, light and would know what exactly you want. That’s the time, not to sob and rethink over the issue but to emerge stronger and think past it. Start again, fall again, lift yourself, dust yourself down and resume the journey with new spirits.
