Ways to stay positive



In this hectic life of 2016, people have so many influences over themselves. Unfortunately, majority of them are negative. So one has to have positivity in ones own self for the boost of their life. Here are some ways to stay positive in your daily life:

1. Smile

Smile is not said to be the ultimate medicine for everything without a reason. No matter what has happened the last day, wake up with a smile. No need to do anything out of the way. Simply smile because yesterday is gone and a new day awaits.

2. Loved Ones

In a moment of morning, just close your eyes and visualize the one person you love the most. This could be your mom, dad, sibling, beloved or even God. This gives you happiness, which multiplies positivity in you.

3. Plan your day

Take out some time in the morning to plan your day. Prioritise your stuff. So that you know what are you going to do during the day. This not only helps smoothen and structuring the day, but fills you with the good positive vibes.


4. Yoga

Even after grabbing the eye balls these days, i feel, yoga is still under rated for the things it can really do. From being a medicine to almost everything i know to keeping one self happy, it can do anything. 5-10 mins of yoga of your choice or even a plain breathe in and breathe out thing, can calm you and benefit you in a multiple ways. This in morning helps you proceed with a hard day with a smile on your face. Maybe not in a days' time, but you surely will realise it in a weeks' time.
